MONK RELOG AUTOMACRO

It took me a while before I could be able to composed it, but it works perfectly fine. Like yesterday I just cant help it wondering what to do with my monk not re-logging sooner than 3.15 minutes after extremity fist, so going back to the board and composed it. read a lot and posted for help but seems to me nobody cared or even bothered to reply. Anyway I still took the liberty to do it just for kicks. Even a least programming experience could do it away in making a automacro.
