OPENKORE ILLEGAL?

OPENKORE VS. MMORPG

They say Openkore is illegal and some blogs i read was using the term Infringement. Let me ask these questions;

1. Is Openkore considered hacking?

2. Is Openkore copied everything (Infringement) from MMorpg online games?

3. Is Openkore can be played without a pre-paid load?

4. Is Openkore has existing case publish in the web by OSG?

If all of your answers are "NO" --- Case closed...period.

Hacking is considered by acquiring account information without consent--How can anybody say hacking if we users of Openkore gave that consent willingly. Infringement, meaning Unauthorized reproduction and distribution, I don't see the resemblance, In school, if your were asked by your teacher to write on the same topic is that Copyright infringement too? If you were asked to build a program in C++ or in Perl a universal language in the computer world is that considered a violation as well, if you were to ask to draw the face of Christ is that copyright infringement too, If all the work done is copied to the last detail then that's another story. In regards to playing for free in Openkore it has never nor ever been played without a pre-paid load...period for pre-paid servers. OSG-Office of the Solicitor General, I don't see any publications because there has none to begin with in the first place. try to type in famous persons if they have legal cases it will be published by the OSG (Philippines) on the world wide wide. I rest my case--

Openkore is just a tool to help us build a quality life--like compairing it with a Plate (MMorpg) using a spoon n' fork (Openkore)--get the logic guys?
