In the past few days I was reading a book about Eight weeks to a optimum health. The book is promising a lot but not impossible to a believer but as I read farther from the book I just don't get it. At the age of 40 I just can't imagine myself just throwing away western medicine and just got up and start believing on conventional one. I use to remember how this book was promoted by one famous T.V. personality and having the book at home but not reading it, Funny I have the book and yet I don't have the time to read it not until now.
It tells you a lot, about people's testimonial, who happens to get sick and suddenly gotten better after following the advise. I don't see any proof as to what this guy is claiming, all he has is a lot of words.
I started reading this book for my sick uncle, and try to find answers as to how many are still alive with the deadly cancer while reading Eight weeks to a optimum health, looking for evidences for the said advise, was it working at all? Or is it just another empty promises.
Although its true, that this book is more on prevention rather than a cure it does promotes to ward off that nasty old habits. I believe when your fat, your fat forever because of one lousy DNA or I called it fatty DNA, I tried exercise, diet, juices, and altering drugs and end up almost killing myself in the process. So what does work? I think by enjoying life all in moderation helps you to gain a better health. I don't believe that by starving yourself makes you healthier, no wonder tuberculosis gets you when your always hungry. I should know because I took care of my Grandmother for six months.
One thing I know its kinda good though to see someone doing something, I remember one told me to have "patience", I guess, he probably haven't experience having someone who was actually dying, easier said than done. Patience is one virtue even a priest can't handle it at all times, otherwise it will manifest on his sermons and will drag everybody else into depression. I won't take it just that, just because your dying everything else must be forgiven, I might forgive but I will never forget.
I use to believe that people can do change when they are dying, the truth to the matter is that people who has cancers intensifies their hate and has gotten worst that one could never imagine. Hate is poison to man's health, but even how hard you try to minimize it, you just can't escape it, even when it bits you in the ass, come on constant bickering I don't think so?!
They say they love him, but they don't take the responsibility. Then why don't I see his sons and daughters take good care of their dying father--Hypocrites. As Lenten season is now fast approaching I have taken the liberty to meditate by praying the rosary.
I think nobody is emotionally prepared in anything even the specialist themselves--again easier said than done. Eight weeks too late. ppp

A week ago my relative tries to convince me on venturing out into mining but scrubbing it aside I was able to concentrated about a lot of things and setting my priorities. Last night I was surprise that my relative has given me a sample what appeared to be (Au) but until I have no confirmation about its true identity from a sub atomical level, I can't say. I have told him before that such a venture from this kind of business has a lot of dedication and time to be allotted from this particular business.
Although this maybe a lucrative venture if we ever struck it rich, from logistics to careful study of fine prints of contracts its important to see that one must be well prepared of things to happen when things are expedited.
In Mining one should have a good business partner in ascertaining such minerals at hand. Like SGS Philippines I have consider this Laboratory to be top of its craft, Credible and accurate but a lot bit expensive specially when
your just starting. Another Laboratory in Laguna is also as credible as accurate and that is OSTRIA LABORATORIES, not as expensive but reasonable, it maybe more feasible for small time businessman, although I had to meet a lot from SGS personnel, I do admit that some from SGS are friendlier specially when it comes to their inspectors. But if one has prospect from China I think its better to contact OCC??(Secret) in Mandaluyong, a Government Mining Industry mining up to 5000 MT per day, I have learned from my Chinese counter parts are more than willing to inspect a prospective site in their terms of course, I hope my contacts are still there and hopefully haven't resigned yet.
